Flying Fuel is an aviation fuel management curriculum for the Palm Pilot. It keeps track of fuel levels in the two tanks of an airplane during flight, whether the pick is for left, rightfulness, or both tanks. It also provides warnings to the pilot to interchange tanks when it is time to interchange, and a warning when overall fuel is running low. The pilot keister view a graphical bar chart of each tank showing current fuel level in each tank, as advantageously as a readout of the overall fuel remaining (hh:mm:ss). The user inputs the use rate (gallons/hour) and the capacity of the tanks, and the curriculum does the rest. Simply tap the "Left", "Right", or "Both" pick, depending on what tank or tanks are being used.
