ResToXrd converts PilRC format resources to the format used in Palm OS Development Suite (PODS). Most resource types are handled as considerably as nearly AT algebra (relative positioning). Bitmap families are the exclusively major resource type not handled. This pecker should make the transition from the gnu-tools pecker chain to PODS quite simple.
